This page summarizes the main terms governing the use of the Noctiv Grid online store. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.

1. Operator

2. Placing an order

Orders placed through the online store create a payment obligation. Before finalizing the order, the customer is shown the current product price, any shipping fee, and the available payment methods during checkout.

The system may send an automatic confirmation after the order is received. This confirmation is a technical acknowledgement of receipt.

3. Prices, costs, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated for the active market or localization. The final payable amount, any shipping fee, and any applied discount are shown during checkout before the order is completed. No additional charge is added without prior disclosure to the customer.

4. Production, fulfilment, and shipping

Products are typically made to order. Because of this, production and shipping times are estimates that may vary depending on product type, destination country, seasonality, and logistics congestion.

5. Withdrawal, returns, and faulty fulfilment

Customers retain any mandatory legal consumer protection, warranty, and, where applicable, withdrawal rights under Hungarian and EU law.
