Noctiv Grid products are typically made to order. Because of this, fulfilment time is made up of production time and the actual delivery time.

General principle

Before payment is completed, all relevant costs should be visible in checkout. The currently displayed checkout fee, discount, or free-shipping eligibility is the authoritative one.

Hungary

For orders delivered within Hungary, our current setup provides free shipping. Estimated fulfilment time is usually 5–10 business days.

European Union

For EU orders, the current shipping fee and any available discount are shown during checkout. Estimated fulfilment time is usually 7–20 business days.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. During peak periods, production congestion or logistics disruption may extend fulfilment time.

Production time

Production starts after the order is finalized and usually takes 2–5 business days. Actual delivery time is added on top of that.

Multiple parcels

One order may arrive in more than one parcel if the products follow different production or logistics routes.

Damaged or lost parcel
